Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who registers with Vinte Elite Management ("Vinte Elite," "we," "us") as a player, coach, or referee, and to anyone who uses our website or web application.
League participation
Registration is open to adults 18 and over. Registering does not guarantee a place on a team; team assignment is at the discretion of the league office and team coaches. Players are responsible for their own fitness to play and for their own equipment.
Dues and payment
League dues are payable per season, per league. A player may pay the league directly, or a coach may collect dues and remit them on the player's behalf. Dues are used to run the league — fields, officials, and equipment. Refund requests should be sent to team@vinte-elite.com and are considered case by case.
Text messaging program
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box when you register, you agree to receive text messages from Vinte Elite.
What we send: match schedules and changes, referee assignments, availability reminders, score updates, dues confirmations, and league or team announcements.
Message frequency varies with league activity, typically up to 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.
To stop messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Supported carriers: major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of participating in the league.
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Personal access links
We give each player, coach, and referee a personal web link so they can see their own schedule, roster, and details without creating a password. Treat this link as private — anyone who has it can see your league information. If you lose your phone or think someone else has your link, contact your coach or the league office and we will issue you a new one, which disables the old link.
Acceptable use
Our team message boards are for league business. Do not post abusive, harassing, or unlawful content. We may remove content and suspend access for anyone who does. Do not use another person's link or attempt to access records that are not yours.
Conduct and discipline
Referees' decisions during a match are final. The league office may suspend or remove any participant for violent conduct, abuse of officials, or repeated misconduct, without refund.
Accuracy of league information
We work to keep schedules, scores, and standings accurate, but they are entered by people during a busy match day and may contain errors. Contact the league office if you spot something wrong.
Liability
Soccer carries a risk of injury. You participate at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Vinte Elite is not liable for injuries sustained during play, for lost or stolen property at our venues, or for indirect damages arising from use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when. Continuing to participate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
