Vinte Elite Management ("Vinte Elite," "we," "us") operates recreational adult
soccer leagues and provides this website and web application to manage
registration, scheduling, and communication with players, coaches, and referees.

## Information we collect

When you register as a player, coach, or referee, we collect your name, mobile
phone number, your team or role, and, for players, an optional photo. If you pay
league dues online, payment is processed by our payment provider, which handles
your card details directly. We do not store full payment card numbers.

## How we use your information

We use your mobile number to send text messages about league activity: match
schedules, referee assignments, availability reminders, score updates, dues
confirmations, and announcements from your coach or the league office. We use
your other information to build team rosters, run schedules, assign officials,
and calculate standings.

## Mobile information and third parties

**Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes.** All of the above categories exclude text
messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be
shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We use service providers to operate the league — including a text messaging
provider to deliver messages, a payment provider to process dues, and a hosting
provider to run the application. These providers process information only as
needed to deliver their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for
their own marketing.

## SMS program disclosures

- **Program description:** Vinte Elite sends league operations messages to
  registered players, coaches, and referees.
- **Message frequency varies** with league activity, typically up to 8 messages
  per month.
- **Message and data rates may apply.**
- **To opt out,** reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and
  no further messages.
- **For help,** reply HELP or email us at team@vinte-elite.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box during
registration, you agree to receive the text messages described above. Consent to
receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of participating in the league;
if you prefer not to receive texts, contact us at team@vinte-elite.com and we will
arrange another way to keep you informed.

## Who can see your information

Your teammates and coach can see your name, photo, and squad number on your team
roster. Referees assigned to your match can see the lineup. The league office can
see registration and dues records. Members of the public can see match scores,
standings, and schedules, which contain no personal contact information. Your
phone number is never shown to other players.

## Data retention

We retain your information for the duration of the season and a reasonable period
afterward for league records, or until you ask us to delete it.

## Your choices

You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it by emailing team@vinte-elite.com. You may stop text messages at any time by
replying STOP.

## Children

Our leagues are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone
under 18.

## Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
