Information we collect When you register as a player, coach, or referee, we collect your name, phone number, team or role, and (for players) an optional photo. If you pay league dues, payment is processed by our payment provider, which handles your card details directly — we do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use your information We use your phone number to send SMS messages related to league activity: game schedules, referee assignments, availability reminders, dues confirmations, and occasional announcements from your coach or the league office. We use your other information to build team rosters, run schedules, and calculate standings.

We do not sell or share your data We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or other personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to operate the league and communicate with you about it.

SMS consent By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive text messages from Riverside ASL as described above. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of participating in the league where an alternative contact method is available. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with league activity, typically up to 8 messages per month.

Data retention We retain your information for the duration of the season and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, or until you request deletion.
